These terms and conditions apply to the Scale for Grams app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Glipo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").
By downloading, accessing, or using Scale for Grams, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the applicable rules of the app store or platform through which you installed the app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Scope and Acceptable Use
Scale for Grams provides AI-assisted weight estimates from photos and related utility features. The service is intended for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass technical restrictions, or reverse engineer the app except where non-waivable law allows it.
Estimation Disclaimer
Scale for Grams is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every estimate will be accurate.
Weight and measurement outputs are AI-generated estimates for informational convenience only and are not certified measurements or professional advice. The Application must not be used for medical, legal, trade, safety-critical, or laboratory purposes. Results may vary depending on lighting, angle, object clarity, and other factors.
AI-Generated Content
The Application uses artificial intelligence (Qwen API / DashScope) to generate weight estimates and related analysis. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for evaluating results before relying on them. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated estimate.
Subscriptions and Billing
Premium features may be offered through paid subscriptions billed by Apple or another authorized platform. Pricing, taxes, billing periods, free trials, renewal timing, and cancellation are controlled by that platform and may vary by region.
Unless your platform says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You must manage cancellation, refund requests, and payment method changes through the platform used for purchase.
Intellectual Property
The app, its branding, interface, and related content remain the property of Glipo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to losses resulting from inaccurate estimates, service interruptions, or data loss.
Changes to Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
