Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Scale for Grams mobile app, the related landing pages, and support interactions for the product operated by Glipo.

It explains what information is processed when you use camera-based estimation, upload a photo from your gallery, manage premium access, or contact support.

We process the photos you intentionally capture or select for analysis, basic app preferences such as language and measurement units, and subscription or purchase status needed to unlock premium features.

We may also process pseudonymous technical data such as app version, device or session identifiers, feature usage events, and error information so we can keep the app stable, understand demand for features, and investigate failures.

We use this information to generate weight estimates and related AI results, remember your settings, determine whether premium access is active, restore purchases when available, and respond to support requests.

We may also use aggregated or pseudonymous usage information to improve result quality, tune onboarding and paywall flows, detect abuse, and measure product performance. We do not sell your personal data.

Camera and photo library permissions are used only so you can capture a new image or choose an existing one for analysis. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings, but some features will stop working if access is removed.

Analysis requests may be processed by secure third-party AI providers, premium access may be managed through your mobile platform and subscription infrastructure, and analytics or diagnostics may be handled by service providers acting on our behalf.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Preferences and some identifiers may remain on your device or platform account until you remove the app, clear the data, or delete the related account data through your platform.

No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and at rest. If you want to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy matter, contact us at support@glipo.com.tr.

Scale for Grams is not marketed as a service for children and should not be used by anyone who is not allowed to consent to data processing under local law without appropriate permission.

Because results are estimates rather than certified measurements, the app should not be relied on for medical, legal, trade, laboratory, or other high-risk decisions.
